PAYMENT

We currently accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club and American Express.



We also accept Paypal.



We gladly accept US Money Orders and Postal Money Orders.

Money orders are held 5 business days when received, and orders will ship on the 6th business day after receiving cleared payment

OUR PRODUCTS/MERCHANDISE

All of our products come from quality vendors and or manufacturers. We do not buy closeouts, or damaged goods.

All of our goods are fully inspected after arriving at our facilities from our vendors/manufacturers and re-inspected during packaging to the customer.

So, you can rest assured, you are only buying the very best. We pride ourselves in delivering only the very best products at affordable prices.

SALES TAX

South Carolina sales tax of 8% will be charged on all items shipped to a South Carolina address.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is clearly defined within the Checkout Process. We only charge actual shipping, and a very small handeling fee.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped within one business day of receiving a cleared payment.

Once we ship your order, you should receive a delivery confirmation at the e-mail address you gave us.

Actual delivery times vary, but most of our items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will be received within 3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

RETURNS

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us within 3 days of delivery of the item(s). Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please email us at sales@urbantogs.com before sending any returns so we can provide you will a return authorization number.

You may return any item in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price.

Items not in their original condition (sold as new/sealed and returned used/opened) but that are still salable will be subject to a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

Returns of items in an unsalable condition (damaged, missing parts, etc.) are at our discretion and will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee.
